Founding service and data terms
The agreement is bounded before work begins.
These public terms explain the baseline. The accepted Decision Brief records the exact decision, evidence, scope, dates, billing authority, and deletion date for each case. If they conflict, no work starts.
Scope and delivery
One live scale, cut, hold, restart, or reallocate decision. Delivery is within three business days after the Decision Brief is accepted and the agreed evidence is complete and usable.
A new decision, market, period, channel, order universe, or material new evidence is new scope. The memo may conclude Supported, Unsupported, or Unresolved; all three are complete verdicts when grounded in the agreed evidence.
Evidence minimum and customer responsibility
- The exact decision, deadline, period, geography, channels, and order universe.
- Store-recorded net revenue for the same period, after refunds and discounts.
- Same-period platform-reported revenue and spend for the channels in scope.
- Approximate COGS, fulfillment, payment-fee, and promotion context needed for the decision.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of supplied evidence. Unusable or incomplete evidence may prevent case acceptance or pause the delivery clock.
Fee, review, correction, and payment
The total price is $199 flat, with no upfront payment; you receive the complete memo before payment is due.
The invoice becomes payable only when the delivered memo materially fulfills the accepted Decision Brief.
You have two business days to identify a specific material mismatch with the accepted Decision Brief. One bounded correction is included. Subjective disagreement with a conforming verdict does not cancel the invoice.
The total invoice is $199. No tax, surcharge, or other customer charge is added. It is due seven days after materially conforming delivery. A material correction resets delivery and the due date.
If genuine material nonconformance cannot be corrected after the bounded correction opportunity, the fee is waived. Usefulness or preference does not determine whether a conforming invoice is due.
Privacy, evidence use, retention, and deletion
No passwords or account access. Use redacted screenshots or exports; never send credentials or customer-level personal data.
- Case evidence is used only to assess fit, complete the accepted memo, perform QA, and address one bounded correction.
- The Decision Brief states the evidence-transfer method and deletion date. Deletion is recorded; essential commercial records may be retained where accounting or law requires.
- Customer evidence is not used to train models or create benchmarks.
- Testimonials, referrals, and public case studies each require separate explicit consent that can be declined.
- The free reviewability check may record approximate inputs and its result when analytics storage is configured. Do not enter credentials or customer-level personal data into the check.
Advisory limitations
The memo is an evidence-bounded advisory opinion, not attribution truth, a financial audit, legal or accounting advice, or a guarantee of revenue, profit, or campaign performance.
