Ad Spend Decision Memo
One agreed decision. One evidence-bounded memo. Payment after delivery.
One live scale, cut, hold, restart, or reallocate decision. The complete memo shows the evidence, assumptions, limitations, economic implications, verdict, and next action. Delivery is within three business days after the Decision Brief is accepted and the agreed evidence is complete and usable.
The total price is $199 flat, with no upfront payment; you receive the complete memo before payment is due.
The invoice becomes payable only when the delivered memo materially fulfills the accepted Decision Brief.

A named uncertainty prevents a defensible yes or no, with the least-cost way to resolve it.
What is agreed before work starts
- The exact decision, deadline, scope, exclusions, and what would count as new scope.
- The minimum evidence and the moment it is confirmed complete and usable.
- The memo sections and the three possible verdicts.
- The fixed $199 fee, material-conformance standard, review window, correction boundary, and invoice terms.
- Privacy, evidence use, deletion date, advisory limitations, and the person authorized to approve the purchase.
You have two business days to identify a specific material mismatch with the accepted Decision Brief. One bounded correction is included. Subjective disagreement with a conforming verdict does not cancel the invoice.
The total invoice is $199. No tax, surcharge, or other customer charge is added. It is due seven days after materially conforming delivery. A material correction resets delivery and the due date.
Minimum evidence
- The exact decision, deadline, period, geography, channels, and order universe.
- Store-recorded net revenue for the same period, after refunds and discounts.
- Same-period platform-reported revenue and spend for the channels in scope.
- Approximate COGS, fulfillment, payment-fee, and promotion context needed for the decision.
The final checklist is specific to the accepted Decision Brief.
Evidence and access
No passwords or account access. Use redacted screenshots or exports; never send credentials or customer-level personal data.
Evidence is used only for the agreed memo and is deleted on the date recorded in the Decision Brief. It is never reused for training, a benchmark, testimonial, referral, or public case study without separate consent.
