SpendProofRequest fit

One accepted decision. One founder-led recommendation. Complete written delivery before payment is due.

One live scale, cut, hold, restart, or reallocation decision, using one agreed evidence set and the material commercial context needed for that decision. A one-page decision summary plus full written reasoning, including the evidence, limits, commercial context, assumptions, uncertainty, guardrails, strongest counterargument, and what would change the conclusion.

SR

One accountable reviewer

Swaroop Rao personally scopes and completes every SpendProof review. SpendProof is independent of campaign execution and accepts only decisions that are sufficiently bounded and evidenced for a responsible conclusion. See Swaroop's experience.

There is no upfront payment. The $399 founding fee is invoiced at complete written delivery and is due within three business days.

Available for the first two accepted Decision Briefs. The fee is reserved when the exact Decision Brief is accepted—not at inquiry, fit, or draft.

Unresolved

Test before committing

An Unresolved review includes the missing evidence, safe interim action, bounded test, monitoring rule, stop condition, review point, and evidence needed before the larger move.

What the Decision Brief fixes before work

  • The exact move, owner, deadline, period, constraints, and evidence boundary.
  • The one-page summary, full reasoning, verdict system, exclusions, and material-conformance test.
  • The repeat-purchase requirement where later value is material, or an explicit re-scope that removes the dependency.
  • The separate brief-acceptance, evidence-completeness, owner-acceptance, and delivery-clock events.
  • The reserved $399 fee, payment timing, correction, waiver, and re-scoping rules.
  • Evidence use, transfer method, deletion date, and customer authority.

Founding Decision Review — $399

Complete written delivery is within three business days after the Decision Brief is accepted and the agreed evidence is complete and usable.

One bounded correction covers a specific material mismatch with the accepted Decision Brief. If genuine material nonconformance cannot be corrected, the fee is waived. Subjective disagreement with a conforming verdict does not cancel the invoice.

The $399 invoice is issued at complete written delivery and is due within three business days. Exact invoice wording and tax treatment are confirmed before a live case is accepted.

If payment remains unresolved, reminders may be sent on the due date, three business days later, and seven calendar days after the due date. Each reminder is separate and owner-controlled. No further work is performed while an unpaid invoice remains unresolved.

Evidence boundary

  • The exact decision, deadline, period, geography, channels, and order universe.
  • Store-recorded net revenue for the same period, after refunds and discounts.
  • Same-period platform-reported revenue and spend for the channels in scope.
  • Approximate COGS, fulfillment, payment-fee, and promotion context needed for the decision.
  • Repeat-purchase or subscription evidence when longer-term customer value materially supports the move.

When the decision relies materially on repeat purchases, subscriptions, or longer-term customer value, sufficient relevant evidence is required. New deep cohort construction is outside the founding review.

A suitable decision normally affects approximately $10,000, approximately 15% of monthly paid-media spend, or has a similarly material effect on cash, inventory, a launch, or several weeks of activity. Routine daily optimisation is unsuitable.

Calls are optional and bounded

An optional 15–20-minute fit call covers suitability, context, scope, and evidence only. Email-only qualification remains available.

An optional handoff call of up to 20 minutes may explain the written conclusion, assumptions, guardrails, and change conditions; it does not expand scope.

Access: No passwords or account access. Use redacted screenshots or exports; never send credentials or customer-level personal data. Limits: The review is an evidence-bounded advisory opinion, not attribution truth, a broad or financial audit, ongoing campaign management, legal or accounting advice, or a guarantee of revenue, profit, or campaign performance. It does not promise to find one true attribution number. Read the full terms.
