Request a fit review
Start with three fields. Do not send evidence yet.
Start with the brand, proposed move, and deadline. If it may fit, the reply confirms the next qualification step. A Decision Brief is proposed only after suitability and evidence readiness are understood.
What to put in the first email
- 1. Brand. The operating brand or website.
- 2. Proposed move. One scale, cut, hold, restart, or reallocation decision.
- 3. Deadline. When the decision must be made.
There is no upfront payment. The $399 founding fee is invoiced at complete written delivery and is due within three business days.
What happens after fit is confirmed
- 1. Confirm suitability. Email is enough, or use the optional bounded fit call.
- 2. Accept the exact Decision Brief. The founding price is reserved only here; silence is not acceptance.
- 3. Supply agreed redacted evidence. The delivery clock starts only when it is complete and usable.
- 4. Receive complete written delivery after a separate critical QA pass. Complete written delivery is within three business days after the Decision Brief is accepted and the agreed evidence is complete and usable.
- 5. Pay the invoice. The $399 invoice is issued at complete written delivery and is due within three business days. Exact invoice wording and tax treatment are confirmed before a live case is accepted.
What qualification covers next
These questions establish suitability and scope only. They do not produce a preliminary verdict or free diagnosis.
- What exact move is proposed?
- Who proposed it, and who owns or materially influences the decision?
- How much money or operating activity is affected?
- What period does the move cover, and what is the deadline?
- Why is the current recommendation not fully trusted?
- What evidence is available, and what evidence would change or strengthen the decision?
- What are the costs of delay and of being wrong?
- What would a useful outcome look like?
A suitable decision normally affects approximately $10,000, approximately 15% of monthly paid-media spend, or has a similarly material effect on cash, inventory, a launch, or several weeks of activity. Routine daily optimisation is unsuitable.
Important boundaries
No passwords or account access. Use redacted screenshots or exports; never send credentials or customer-level personal data.
The review is an evidence-bounded advisory opinion, not attribution truth, a broad or financial audit, ongoing campaign management, legal or accounting advice, or a guarantee of revenue, profit, or campaign performance. It does not promise to find one true attribution number.
An optional 15–20-minute fit call covers suitability, context, scope, and evidence only. Email-only qualification remains available.
